According to Engadget, Vizio will be releasing a $2200 52 inch 1080p LCD TV. I believe the inputs it will support are 2 HDMI, 2 Component, VGA and a couple of RCA/S-Video inputs. As an avid tech nut with not a lot of money, I believe Vizio is the best TV you can buy for the price. I myself bought a 37 inch Vizio that only supports up to 1080i for $800 back in March. It was a great purchase, as it has the dual HDMI inputs. I recently purchased a 26 inch Magnavox LCD for my bedroom and the quality of this TV is no where close to what I Get with the Vizio, even though the MSRP is only around $100 difference. This TV only has a DVI and one Component input that can handle HD, eventhing else supports standard 480i. I’m now at the point where I’m going to sell my Magnavox and buy a 26 inch Vizio which was recently released at Walmart. So If you are in the market for a large LCD TV that can support the Next Generation Video Games and DVD players, I would definately look into buying this Vizio as I would highly recommend the brand.

As more and more devices capable of signaling in high definition enter the market, these TVs with two HDMI inputs will become a must have. Our TV only has one HDMI input
I agree the more HDMI inputs the better. Although I think I’m going to stick with my old school CRT until the OLEDs are released. They are supposably going to have 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio. I heard recently that Sony said they will have some on sale by the end of the year. Do you guys know how much they are going to cost?
CRTs have an awesome picture anyway. The only thing wrong with CRTs is the size (and weight by extension).
