I came across this article on Crave that lists a new Computer from Europe that only cost $150. The specs on this machine is not bad for the price. 1.5Ghz Celeron, 14" Widescreen LCD, 256Mb Ram (upgradeable to 1Gb), 40Gb Hard drive, 802.11g wireless and Linux is installed.
