I came across this great document from Wall Street Journal, it describes 10 problems in the work computer environment and then solutions to these problems. This article might not be helpful for the real tech nerd but it will help out others. These problems range from blocked websites, sending large emails and even how to look like your busy while doing some heavy web surfing!
