		<description>Matt, this is a good topic. Data like that needs to be taken care of when sending documents outside of a company. One company I worked for had a tool built in to office to clean the metatdata out of the file, but the other two fortune 15 companies have not addressed this issue at all. This definitely needs to be addressed by Microsoft and come up with an easy toggle button to turn this feature on and off.</description>
