Last weekend Columbus Ohio hosted the fifth annual LinuxFest. It took place downtown in the Greater Columbus Convention Center. This year Drew Curtis was named special guest of honor for the event.

Friday night Barley’s Brewing Company was the location for Drew’s FARK PARTY. Fellow author Matt, one of our friends, and I decided to head up to check it out. There weren’t many people when we first arrived. I wasn’t sure if we were in the right place so I questioned the waitress if this is where the Fark Party was happening. She just looked back with a blank stare and said Fight Party? I’m not even sure if the resturant had any clue that they were hosting the FARK PARTY.

We looked around but didn’t see Drew anywhere, so we ended up just getting a table and a brew. After about half of the first beer we all decided to grab some food too. Finished most of my food and decided to get another beer, figured he must be showing up sometime soon. Needless to say still no Drew and we had to get going. Anyways here’s some pre-Drew shots of the FARK PARTY and Drew you need to come back and throw another sometime.
