Disable Motorola Q/Q9c Camera Sound

As you all know I have a Motorola Q9c, and as a permanent setting the camera will make a shutter sound when its taking a picture. This sound will go off even if the phone is in silent mode. The reason this is setup this way, is to prevent perverts from taking pictures. Now when I have my phone on silent, I like to have it on silent and since this is a windows mobile phone, everything is changeable.
